EXTENDED PLATFORMS: NO PLANS, JUST A TIME AND PLACE
Festival internacionalnog karaktera zamišljen kao platforma na kojoj svaki umjetnik inspiriran otokom (u ovom slučaju Suskom) intervenira na vlastiti način.
Otok, mjesto snažnog dualizma; mjesto koje privlači i guši. Lokalno stanovništvo ga napušta, dok mnogi u njemu pronalaze utjehu.
Za mene, iako specifičan, Susak nije bio toliko egzotičan koliko me podsjetio na otok gdje sam i sama odrastala.
Došavši tamo našla sam se u neutralnoj zoni, zoni opuštenosti i djetinjstva gdje nije bitan prostor i vrijeme već samo igra.
Moj rad vrsta je terapeutskog oslobađanja i ulaska u zonu potpune lakoće postojanja.
Rad se sastoji od crno bijele fotokopije (na kojoj smo rodice i ja), komada pleksiglasa i akrilne boje.

SUSAK EXPO 2006, EXTENDED PLATFORMS: NO PLANS, JUST TIME AND PLACE
 
The festival of international character has been imagined as a platform where every artist inspired by an island (in this case the island is Susak) intervenes in his own way.
The island, a place of strong dualism; a place which attracts and suffocates. Local inhabitants are abbandoning it, whereas many other find comfort in it.
For me, although very particular, Susak wasn’t as exotic as much as it reminded me of the island where I was growing up.
When I arrived there, I found myself in a neutral zone, zone of relaxedness and childhood where space and time have no significance, but the play does.
My work is a kind of therapeutic liberation and entrance into a zone of complete ease of existance.
The work is made of a black and white photocopy (representing my cousin and myself), a piece of plexiglass and acrylic colours.
